So I decided to wait to buy them. I text my mother and asked her to purchase a bra for me when she make her next order for my demon sister. The demon has special order bras because her ta-tas are the size of sugar baby melons and my mother still buys her under garments so I figured I'd jump on the band wagon. A few hours later father calls to question if I would have a problem with a pink bra or a patterned bra. He even asked if I wanted something "a little sexy for your husband". MY FATHER! So awkward!!! An hour after that they were walking in my front door with a bag of bras and sleepers. The bras were the wrong size so I had to go back and exchange them but I was still pleasantly surprised. I'll feel pretty at work tomorrow in my new
I also purchased more fabric to make the girls dresses for my aunt's wedding. This would be my mother's twin, who is marrying a man younger than my husband! LOL! I love my non-traditional family! I also looked around a dresses for myself, but it's incredibly hard to find a dress when your top and bottom have a substantial size difference. I have a box full of very nice dresses that will never again grace this frame, I wonder if I could expand them somehow. I think I might futz around with that. My cousin has offered up a shopping date that I'll probably take. A mother of two and mother to be shopping for formal wear...that should take ALL NIGHT! What do you wear to a wedding anyhow? A non-traditional, non-denomination, not serious but held at a nice restaurant with his "rich" family in attendance where wine will be served by the case kinda wedding?? More importantly what do you get people who are older, have everything homey, and are on their second and third marriages?? Oy! My head is spinning!
Well I'm off to search the net for a crochet mary jane baby shoe pattern. Wish me luck! Hope everyone has had a great year. I hope to post tomorrow about 2009! What a wild year!
